Top 5 Dining and Restaurants Apps on iOS in Lebanon: Q1 2023

The first quarter of 2023 saw varied performance across the top 5 dining and restaurant apps on iOS in Lebanon. Here’s a closer look at how each app fared according to data from Sensor Tower.

McDonald’s - Non-US experienced stable weekly downloads, starting from 647 at the end of December and maintaining a range between 533 and 580 downloads through most of January and February. The app, however, saw a decline towards the end of March, dropping to 356 downloads. In terms of weekly active users, the app maintained a relatively consistent range, starting at 6K and ending the quarter at 5.4K.

Malak Al Tawouk showed significant growth in weekly downloads. Starting at 62 downloads in late January, the app saw a substantial increase, peaking at 543 downloads in mid-March before a minor decline to 360 downloads by the end of the quarter.

BK Lebanon - Order online had a fluctuating trend in weekly downloads. It began the quarter with 219 downloads, saw a peak of 319 downloads in early February, and then experienced a steady decrease to 85 downloads by the end of March. The app maintained a stable range of weekly active users, starting at around 7K and ending the quarter at approximately 6.7K.

WhatNow? experienced a notable decline in weekly downloads. Beginning with 1.1K downloads in late December, the app saw a significant drop to 129 downloads in early January and continued to fluctuate, ending the quarter with only 28 downloads.

The Kode demonstrated a stable and slightly increasing trend in weekly downloads over the quarter. Starting at 118 downloads in late December, the app saw a gradual increase, reaching 257 downloads by the end of March.
